Core Web Savings

This Truth in Savings disclosure describes the interest payable, balance information and fees charged on consumer deposit accounts opened at The Bancorp Bank, N.A. (the "Bank”). Transaction limitations that may apply to the account are disclosed in The Bancorp Bank, N.A. Account Agreement Terms and Conditions.

Annual Percentage Yield (APY)
Annual percentage yield means, for an interest-bearing account,  a percentage rate reflecting the total amount of interest paid on an account, based on the interest rate and the frequency of compounding for a 365-day period and assuming principal and interest remain on deposit for 365 days with no other deposit or withdrawal transactions. At our discretion and at any time, we may change the interest rate and APY on the account.

Daily Periodic Rate
The interest rate, for an interest-bearing account, divided by 365 days.

Balance Computation Method
The Bank uses the daily balance method to calculate the interest on the account if it is an interest-bearing account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Fees
There are no minimum balance fees required to maintain this account. Fees for services associated with the account may be imposed during a statement cycle. For a list of fees, refer to the Schedule of Fees.

Interest Accrual Compounding and Crediting
Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit noncash items (for example, checks), provided the deposit is received by the Bank before 3:00 PM Eastern Time or 7:00 PM Eastern Time for mobile or remote scanned deposits (if available). Deposits received after the above-stated times will begin to accrue interest on the next business day. Interest will be compounded daily and will be credited to the account monthly. If the account is closed before interest is credited, the accrued interest, up to the account closing date, will be posted to the account.
