Incoming Wire Instructions - International

Wire Transfers are the safest and fastest way to make high dollar deposits and withdrawals from your account to another financial institution. Incoming wire transfers received between 8:30 AM ET and 5:00 PM ET are processed the same business day. Funds are available as soon as the transfer is complete. There are no fees for incoming wire transfers to your The Bancorp Bank, N.A. account. Fees may apply to withdrawals - see our Schedule of Fees for details. ACH & Wire Transfers are not processed on Federal Reserve holidays.

Please note:  Prepaid Card Accounts are unable to be funded via wire transfer.  They must be sent via ACH transfer.  Please call Customer Care @ 800.545.0289 for instructions on funding a prepaid card account via ACH transfer.


To initiate an outgoing wire transfer, please take the following steps:

  1. A Wire Transfer Agreement Form must be on file for a commercial or trust account with us prior to initiating a Wire Transfer. 
  2. Download our Wire Transfer Agreement Form.
  3. Complete the form and fax to 302.385.5188, or mail form  to:

  4. For each outgoing transfer you must Download and complete a domestic or international Wire Request Form - this is required. You can either fax the completed wire form to 302.385.5188 or mail form to:
