There are no application fees, no points, no annual fees and no prepayment penalties. Closing costs are limited to the fees that are incurred to process your request. Closing costs include a title search, appraisal, and mortgage recording fees and usually range from $100 to $400. These may be financed, if you choose. Fees will only be charged if you choose to accept the home equity loan or line of credit that we offer. For loans over $100,000, title insurance may be required.
