With Online Banking, you can view and manage your The Bancorp Bank, N.A. accounts in a secure and convenient online environment.
This Guide will walk you through the process of accessing your account and describe some of our site's features and benefits.
User ID and Password for Online Access
Your user ID for online access is provided in your welcome package and will arrive either by email or U.S. Postal Service depending on your election at the time of application.
Initially, online access is provided only to the primary account holder. Additional authorized signers on the account may request online access by contacting us at 800.545.0289.
If this is your first account with the Bank, and you provided your email address on your application, your password has been sent to you by email. Otherwise, your password will arrive separately via the U.S. Postal Service.
Logging in for the First Time
New Account Holder
The first time you log in to your account online, you will be prompted to change your password. Please take steps to properly secure your password as you will need it to access your account in the future.
Existing Account Holder
If you already have another account with us, you may log on to our website at thebancorp.mybankingservices.com with the same User ID and password you already use. Even if the existing account(s) is with The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or another entity for which the Bank provides banking services, you will not receive new login credentials or be prompted to change your password.
Note: It’s important to keep your contact information current. While logged in, you can view and edit your contact information on the Account Overview page within the Account Services tab.
Follow the steps below to access your account:
Step 1: In the "ACCOUNT LOGIN" section, enter your User ID provided to you in your welcome package and click "Login."
Step 2: If this is your first time logging in, a one-time security code will be required. Click “Continue with Security Code”.
Step 3: Select the phone number and tell us if you would like for us to call or text you, click “Continue”.
If you chose for us to call you, enter the one-time security code when prompted, and click “Phone Call Completed”.
If you chose to have the code sent to you via text message, enter the code that was texted to you in the “One-time security code” field and click “Submit”.
Step 4: On the “Sign in to Online Banking” page, enter your password and click “Sign In”.
If this is your first time logging in to your account, you will be prompted to change your password. Please take steps to properly secure your password as you will need it to access your account in the future.
